OREANDA-NEWS. May 23, 2012. The Ninth Annual HR Conference titled “HR Flexibility in the Changing Environment”, organized by the AEB, took place in Moscow on May 17th, 2012 at the Marriott Grand Hotel Moscow.

This conference focused on HR efficiency and flexibility, HR issues in mergers and acquisitions, expansion in the regions and other aspects of personnel management in Russia. CEOs of major companies have been invited to share their views on the role of the HR departments in their respective companies, the HR challenges in Russia and the way companies adapt their global strategies to the local market.

The Conference moderator was Olga Bantsekina, Deputy Chairman of the AEB Board, Chairman of the AEB HR committee, Chief Representative of Coleman Services.

In the conference took part Sergio Ezama, Senior Vice President HR, PepsiCo, Jeroen De Groot, GM Metro Cash&Carry, Jaron Wiedmaier, GM Continental, Joe Doering, GM Nokia Siemens, Dominique Fache, Chairman of the Board, Enel OGK5.

The program included reports of Karina Strashnenko (Senior HR BP, Unilever) called “Optimization at factories, HR aspect” and Andrey Chulakhvarov (Head of Recruitment Department, Coleman Services) with the “Recruitment budgets: saving efficiency”.
