OREANDA-NEWS. May 22, 2012. Today Azerbaijani Parliament ratified the agreement "On Mutual investment promotion and protection between Azerbaijani government and Albanian Minister Council ".

Under the agreement , the sides should create favorable conditions for investments within their legislations, each side is also obliged not to interfere in the issues of investment management and use as well as dividend reception and sales without cause. Compulsory requirements on selection of materials, purchase of production facilities, conduction of operations, transportation, marketing will not be applied to investors.
