OREANDA-NEWS. May 22, 2012. Nizhnekamsk district of JSC  Tatneft was visited by the delegation of Turkmenistan Republic including Turkmenistan Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic relations B. Abayev, Minister of Economy and Development B. Hodzhamammedov, Minister of Public utilities A. Yagshimamedov, , Minister of Energy and Industry M. Artykov, Chairman of State Concern "Turkmennebit" ("Turkmenoil") A. Deryayev.

Distinguished guests from Turkmenistan were accompanied by RT Prime-Minister I. Khalikov, Deputy RT Prime-Minister, Minister of Power I. Fardiev, OAO Tatneft General Director Sh. Tahautdinov, Head of Nizhnekamsk Municipal District A. Metshin.

During the visit the Turkmen delegation got to know the activity of OAO TANECO. The interest to OAO Tatneft, particularly, to its strategic project - Oil Refining and Petrochemical Complex TANECO, is determined by the fact that oil and gas sector in Turkmenistan is included into lead economy branches of Republic. The country is one of the largest Energy State and hydrocarbon processing is actively developed.

At the site the guests were shown the major process units of Refinery and Central laboratory of Oil Refining and Petrochemical Complex. JSC  TANECO General Director Kh. Bagmanov introduced the Turkmen delegation to project background, unique APCS system, implemented at Complex.

The next focus of their interest was OOO Nizhnekamsk Tyre Plant. This is a unique production of new generation tyre, which enlarged Tatneft petrochemical complex in 2009. Design capacity of plant - 1,2 millon tyre annually.

Totally in 2011 Tyre plant produced 188 thousand of tyres, in 2012 they plan to produce not less than 450 thousand pcs, by the end of 2013 the design capacity is planned to be reached.
