On May 22, 2012 ordinary shares of Azot Kemerovo Open Joint-Stock Companywill be removed from the constituent list of the MICEX CHM Index comprising of stocks of chemical and petrochemical companies, due to information on suspending trading in these securities that are subject to the buyback offer made in compliance with the federal law "On Joint Stock Companies", article 84.8.

Therefore, the weighing coefficients for stocks in the MICEX CHM will be recalculated. The new values of the coefficients will take effect on May 22, 2012.
