KIHE 2012 Reports Big Rise in Exhibitor Numbers
OREANDA-NEWS. May 18, 2012. KIHE 2012, the 19th Kazakhstan International Healthcare Exhibition, has experienced a 35% rise in exhibitor numbers this year, with 209 companies from 22 countries appearing at the event.
This considerable increase reflects the growth in domestic medicine production and the increased business activity in healthcare in general.
More Kazakhstani exhibitors are featuring this year, and international companies have maintained their presence at the event.
These exhibitors represent the whole spectrum of medical goods and services - from producers, dealers, and distributors of medical equipment to pharmaceutical manufacturers, disinfectant producers, and many more.
The exhibition will also feature an extensive business programme, held concurrently in two seminar rooms in Pavilions 11 and 10 for the first time. Over 20 seminars and presentations will take place in the two venues, enabling delegates to find out about the latest medical technology and get tips from the developers, and a round table will be organised by the Almaty Government Institute for the Development of Doctors, entitled “University Clinics: Possibilities and Prospects”.
