16th International Conference "The property market: state and prospects of development, the role of professionals in its evolvement" held on May 10-13, 2012 in Yalta. The conference was organized by the Ukrainian Realtors Association (URA); during it the questions of Ukrainian real estate market, work of realtors, construction and evaluation of real estate, mortgage and insurance were discussed. Piraeus Bank became the general sponsor of the conference for the second time.

Today, Piraeus Bank offers mortgage loans on the secondary market and the primary market under collateral on the secondary market with loan tenor up to 20 years. Piraeus Bank also offers a number of special loan programs designed together with developers, with lower interest rates (from 12% per annum). In addition, Piraeus Bank introduced a special motivation program for real estate agencies, including the bonuses for realtors or reduced loan fee for clients of real estate agencies.
