OREANDA-NEWS. May 17, 2012. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, in January-March, 2012 Moldova exported to EU states 505 of its total export at a sum of USD 252,6 mln, 5,8% up as compared with the same period of 2011.

The import in Moldova from EU states grew 5,1% to USD 468,3 mln., making 38,9% of the total Moldova’s import. In January-March, 2012 the greatest volume of Moldova’s export fell to Romania and was USD 81,9 mln. Romania is followed by Italy - USD 55,2 mln., Poland - USD 21,7 mln., the Great Britain - USD 20,8 mln., Germany - USD 16,5 mln., Turkey- USD 13,4 mln., France - USD 11,6 mln., Bulgaria - USD 7,1 mln., Hungary - USD 6,8 mln., Holland - USD 5,4 mln., Greece- USD 5,1 mln. The greatest volume of import from EU fell also to Romania and made USD 115,7 mln.

Then follow Germany - USD 95,8 mln., Italy - USD 63,3 mln., Poland - USD 30,1 mln., France - USD 22,2 mln., Hungary – USD 20,6 mln., Austria - USD 18,9 mln., the Great Britain - USD 15,6 mln., Bulgaria - USD 14,1 mln., Czech Republic - USD 11,9 mln., Holland - USD10,7 mln.
