OREANDA-NEWS. May 16, 2012. Troika Dialog announces the further strengthening of its Corporate Investment Unit (CIB) as part of the ongoing integration between Sberbank of Russia and Troika Dialog. Alexander Dementiev is to be appointed as Head of the Financial Institutions Division in the Department of Corporate Clients at Sberbank of Russia (DCC). Igor Serov has been appointed as Deputy to Alexander. Dmitry Kanushkin has been appointed as Senior Banker in CIB.

Among the competencies of Alexander Dementiev and his Deputy, Igor Serov, will be questions regarding growing the client base through banks as well as non-bank financial institutions, establishing and strengthening relationships between the divisions of Sberbank and such organizations, and boosting the effectiveness of cooperation.

In his new capacity, Dmitry Kanushkin, together with Dmitry Sredin, appointed as Senior Banker in April, will work in close cooperation with DCC to implement the strategy for establishing relationships with key major Russian and international clients of the combined structure and to provide such entities with customized financial solutions across the full range of corporate and investment products.
