MICEX Changed Parameters of Securities of Two Issuers

OREANDA-NEWS. May 16, 2012. On May 15, 2012 parameters of the following securities will be changed:

1. units of closed-end mortgage mutual fund “AK BARS  - Pervy Ipotechny” (trading system code RU000A0JQFY0) managed by “AK BARS CAPITAL” Management Company LLC. The parameter will be changed, due to a new name of the fund.

2. Ordinary shares of OJSC First Real Estate Investment Fund MERIDIAN (trading system code MERF). The parameter will be changed, due to decreasing the issuer"s authorized capital.

3. Ordinary shares of Joint-Stock Company "Kosaya Gora Iron Works" (trading system code KMTZ). The parameter will be changed, due to a cancellation of individual numbers (codes) assigned to the additional securities issue.
