OREANDA-NEWS. May 16, 2012. Starting from May 16, 2012 settlement codes allowed to submit orders for executing trades in ordinary registered uncertified shares of JSC "Polymetal" (state registration number 1-02-00412-D as of 05.12.2006, trading system code PMTL) will be restricted as follows:

starting from May 16, 2012 settlement codes implying settlement of trades up to June 15, 2012 will be allowed;

starting from May 18, 2012 T0 will be the only allowed settlement code.

The restrictions have been imposed, due to information on a request to buy back the above-mentioned securities submitted to JSC "Polymetal" in accordance with Chapter XI,1 of the Federal law No 208-FZ "On joint-stock companies" as of 26.12.1995, in accordance with the Trading rules of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange approved by the Board of Directors of the Exchange on December 22, 2011 and the Order of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange.
