trading system code ARSBP.

Starting from August 15, 2012 trading in the above-mentioned securities will be ceased.

Trading in these securities will be suspended and then ceased in accordance with the Listing rules of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange based on an application for excluding securities from the list of securities admitted to trading in MICEX Stock Exchange filed by JSC  "Arkhenergosbyt" and taking into account recommendations of the Securities Market committee of the Exchange.
