OREANDA-NEWS. May 16, 2012. In the 1Q 2012 PJSC "Insurance Company "Universalna" generated UAH 77 590 ths. of insurance premiums, which represents growth of 37,3% compared to 1Q 2011 (premiums amounted to UAH 56 509,9 ths). Total Company’s claims paid in 1Q2012 accounted for UAH 19 313,7 ths. (which implies growth of 7,42% compared to 1Q 2011).

As of 31.03.2012 the Company's authorized capital accounted for UAH 164 447 ths. (up 30% y-o-y), insurance reserves - UAH 194 467,7 ths. (up 2% y-o-y), total assets - UAH 467 992,1 ths. (up 21,5% y-o-y).

In 1Q 2012 the Company’s total equity was UAH 266 521,3 ths. (growth of 46,3% compared to the 1Q 2011).

The Company’s net profit made up UAH 245,9 ths., which is by 243,44% higher  compared to 1Q 2011.

As of 01.04.2012 the branch network of PJSC "Insurance Company "Universalna" had more than 300 offices throughout Ukraine, including 31 regional directions, 82 service centers and 209 points of sale.
