The fund units are included into the Quotation list B of the List of securities admitted to trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange.

Trading will be suspended in accordance with the Listing rules of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange approved be the Board of Directors of the Exchange on February 10, 2012 and the Order No 554-r issued by MCIEX Stock exchange on May 12, 2012 based on National Settlement Depository notifications on a cessation of the open-end mutual blend fund "Vitus – fund of liquid savings" managed by "VITUS" Management company" LLC and suspension of all transactions with the units of the closed-end real estate mutual fund "REGION Residential real estate" managed by "REGION Development" LLC starting from the end of the trading day of May 12, 2012.
