OREANDA-NEWS. May 16, 2012. Recently, the “Fortune” magazine (Chinese vision) published for the second time the list of China’s companies with social responsbility. In the list of 100 Chinese Companies with Social Responsbilities, 50 Chinese native companies and 50 overseas investment companies set in China are listed. TISCO ranks No. 8 among the 50 Chinese native companies, moving forward by 7 compared to previous year, reported the press-centre of TISCO. 

TISCO has been insisting on the core of creating value; focusing on the strategic target of building a worldwide most competitive stainless steel producer; accerelating the development and production of high efficiency and energy saving products with long service life to aid the Chinese manufacture industry; persistently push forward the energy saving, emission cutting and circulation economy, forge a complete circulating economy industry chain, and build a green steel plant; upholding the concept of co-building a harmonious enterprise and share the development fruit, promote the investors, employees, clients and suppliers to develop together and to create value together. For years, TISCO has won widespread respects.

The list of chinese enterperises with social responsbility is co-published by magazine Fortune (Chinese vision) and InnoCSR, a professional consulting agency forcusing on corporate social responsbility. The evaluation framework of the corporate social responsbility consulted the ISO26000, with 12 standards regarding pollution prevention and cure, resource utility, labour and capital relationship, community participation, fair operation, and etc., and furtherly fractionize to 45 sub-standards and 180 score indexes.

In the 100 Chinese Enterprises with Social Responsbility published by Fortune (Chinese vision) in March of 2011, TISCO ranked No.15 among the 50 Chinese native companies, and No.2 in steel industry.
