With Baosteel Co.,Ltd.'s guidance and support and approved by Inter-bank Market Dealers Association, Meishan Steel issues 1 billion medium-term notes and short-term financing bills, among which 500 million yuan of three-year medium-term notes and 500 million yuan of one-year short-term financing bills, reported the press-centre of Baosteel.  

This issuing of medium-term notes short-term financing bills is Meishan Steel's first financing behavior in the direct capital market. Compared with the same period bank loan benchmark interest rate, it has financing cost advantage.
