Troika Dialog, one of the leading full-service investment houses in the CIS today announces the appointment of three senior bankers to its Investment Bank: Steve Kale has joined as Managing Director, Head of the Equity Syndicate Group; David Theys has been appointed Managing Director, Head of Telecoms, Media & Technology investment banking; and Dmitry Zubatyuk has joined as a Director and senior banker for the Oil & Gas sector investment banking team. Steve and Dmitry will start in May, and David will start in June.

Steve Kale has 20 years of investment banking experience in Europe, the U.S. and the Asia/Pacific region. Prior to joining Troika Dialog, he worked at Citigroup where he led the Equity Capital Markets Origination team for Russia/CIS. Steve also spent 12 years at Credit Suisse as an investment banker. In his new role, he will be responsible for working closely with our Equity Capital Markets and Sales & Trading teams to lead equity syndication efforts for new issues out of Russia/CIS and Emerging Europe.

David Theys brings deep investment banking experience in the Telecommunications, Media & Technology sector. He joins Troika Dialog from Arma Partners, a London-based speciality TMT advisory firm, where he was responsible for the CEE/CIS region. David previously worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London where he was Head of TMT for Emerging Europe and was responsible for the firm’s TMT origination and execution activities across the region. David also spent the formative years of his professional career with Morgan Stanley in London and JP Morgan in Paris. In his new role, David will be responsible for managing and expanding important client relationships in the TMT sector and ensuring Troika Dialog remains at the forefront of landmark TMT transactions in our region.
