OREANDA-NEWS. May 15, 2012. The JSC  LUKOIL Press Service announces that Yuri Kessler, former First Deputy General Director of LLC  LUKOIL-Kaliningradmorneft, has been appointed General Director of said company.

Yuri Kadzhoyan, former General Director of LLC  LUKOIL-Kaliningradmorneft, has retired on a pension.

The Press Service also announces that Denis Rogachev, former JSC  LUKOIL First Deputy Chief of Staff, has been appointed General Director of LLC  LUKOIL Trading House.
