OREANDA-NEWS. May 14, 2012. SGM Group of Companies is publishing the financial results of its business activities in 2011.

The revenue of SGM Group of Companies in 2011 grew by 1.5 folds and amounted to 241.4 billion Rubles. At the end of 2011, the net income grew by 4.5 folds and amounted to 17.0 billion Rubles.

The significant growth of indicators is provided by successful completion of such large-scale projects as construction of Dzhubga – Lazarevskoe – Sochi trunk gas pipeline in the Krasnodar Region, the first start-up complex of Sakhalin – Khabarovsk – Vladivostok trunk gas pipeline in the Far East, Pochinki – Gryazovets trunk gas pipeline designed for gas supply to the Nord Stream pipeline, as well as completion of works on other facilities.

Measures aimed at improving the efficiency of production operation and cost saving have also provided for a significant growth of financial results in 2011 as compared to the previous year. Implementation of a new management system in SGM Group of Companies allowed improving the financial discipline and considerably reducing the expenditures.
