OREANDA-NEWS. May 12, 2012. Yuriy Kolobov, Minister of Finance of Ukraine, has met Ali Babajan, Deputy Prime Minister of the Turkish Republic attending Kyiv to participate in the eighth meeting of the joint Ukraine-Turkey trade and economic cooperation intergovernmental commission.

The meeting was also attended by Mehmet Samsar, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkish Republic to Ukraine, and Serhiy Korsunsky, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Turkish Republic.

The meeting had Minister of Finance Yuriy Kolobov informing the Turkish Party about Ukraine’s economic situation, reform implementation progress, and features of the public finance system modernization.

The Parties have also considered a number of crucial issues of further bilateral developments in finance and economy. The participants have expressed their mutual interests to adjust a constructive cooperation and further activate their bilateral relations.
