OREANDA-NEWS. May 11, 2012. PrivatBank customers - legal entities and entrepreneurs - are now able to file mandatory reports to the Pension Fund of Ukraine online. As press service of the bank reported, this feature is implemented due to PrivatBank cooperation with Pension Fund of Ukraine on introducing new technologies of reporting using digital signature.

A digital signature certificate is an indispensable condition for transition to submitting "digital" reports to the Pension Fund. PrivatBank customers - both legal entities and entrepreneurs – can obtain it in any bank’s office or via online banking service - Privat24. Preparing and submitting regulatory reports is also available via Privat24 or special "PrivatGate" software, providing the highest level of data security.

"Imagine how much paper for printing reports and time and nerves spent in queues you can save by switching to electronic reporting, - says Alexander Vytiaz, PrivatBank Deputy Chairman. - Besides, the digital signature provides many other advantages for accounting and business processes optimization".

PrivatBank software solutions applied to "digital" report submitting use highly reliable means of digital signature with cryptographic algorithms implemented in compliance with GATS 4145-2002 requirements and all appropriate expert opinions of the Ukrainian Special Communication and Information Protection Government Service. According to the legislation of Ukraine, digital signature on the reports and receipts have an equival validity as handwritten signatures and stamps on paper documents.
