OREANDA-NEWS. May 10, 2012. SORAINEN Latvia advised module housebuilder HBSI Production (HBSI), the Latvian subsidiary of a Norwegian company belonging to the Heimdal group, on Latvian insolvency issues related to an insolvent lessee to whom HBSI leased a factory for producing house modules, reported the press-centre of SORAINEN.

After the lessee was declared insolvent SORAINEN advised the client during negotiations with the administrator and the secured creditor of the insolvent lessee. The case was complex because the contract for producing house modules and mutual claims arising between HBSI and the lessee were governed by Norwegian law.
