In 2012 101 employees of OJSC "Perm Engine Company" and technologically associated enterprises got the diplomas of high and secondary vocational education in evening and part-time distance forms.  One in every six graduates was educated at the expense of the company.     

During the time of learning in high and secondary vocational education institutions 48 employees attained career progression and were transferred to engineering and managerial positions. 24 specialists, who managed to balance their working activity and education, were put into the succession pool list for their further promotion for executive posts.

The specialists-graduates were awarded a commendation by the order of Alexey Mikhalev, the CEO of OJSC "PMZ" and technologically associated companies.
