Nowadays it is not only important that touch panel applications provide the best technical quality - looks count and have become an important factor in any purchasing process. Fujitsu Components has developed a surface finish for consumer and industrial applications, providing a completely flat front design with a stylish and “high tech” look. This cosmetic solution, named “flush surface panel”, gives your application the “finishing touch”.

The flat and stylish surface finish can be achieved by placing a “top” film on the touch panel surface. The shape and size of this top sheet is customizable. Logos/icons can be printed on this top film. Careful selection of the film and lamination process makes this solution suitable for a wide range of applications and industries;

- Tablet, industrial PC and factory automation industry
Fujitsu offers both Film/Glass and Film/Film/Plastic solutions. In combination with light touch technology the resistive “flush surface panel” can be used for dual touch applications.

- Medical and food production industry
The flush surface panel provides a surface that can be cleaned easily.

- Mobile terminal industry
The flush surface solution can be combined with Film/Film/Plastic panels (light weight and shock resistant). To support (intensive) pen writing, Fujitsu offers a hard-tap sheet option.

- Automotive industry
The flush surface panels provide a temperature range of -40 to +80°C to meet the requirements for automotive applications.
