OREANDA-NEWS. May 3, 2012. Belarus’ OJSC Belsolod increased malt output by 4% on the year in January-February 2012 to 21,762 tonnes, a company representative told.

The enterprise manufactured 2,818 tonens of malt on commission (down 47.3%) and 18,944 from its own raw materials (up 9.5%).

Belsolod supplied to the domestic market 5,556 tonnes of malt (down 74.7% on the year). The company exported 960 tonnes of malt (down 12.7 times).

Belsolod was established in 1989 and transformed into a joint stock company in 1996.
