OREANDA-NEWS. May 2, 2012. Nordic Aviation Capital secured financing for the acquisition of 5 ATR72-600 aircraft from Deutsche Bank AG and KfW IPEX-Bank. The Aircraft are subject to a Sale and Lease-back with the Spanish carrier Air Nostrum. The first aircraft was delivered yesterday, while the remaining aircraft are scheduled for delivery from May until July this year. The financing was structured as a 12-year ECA-Loan Facility insured by Coface, who is acting as Fronting ECA. Deutsche Bank is acting as Agent and Security Trustee.
