ShaoGuan Steel is the biggest steel production enterprise in Guangdong province, it has been developed for 40 years since factory set up in 1966. It is also an important steel production foundation, national advanced technology enterprise and important ship plate steel production foundation in Guangdong province. Under the positive leading of Guangdong provincial party committee, government and Baosteel Group, (Baosteel restructure ShaoGuan Steel agreement),(ShaoGuan Steel equity allocate agreement),(Baosteel,provincial SASAC,ShaoGuan city and ShaoGuan Steel agreement of four parties) were signed in Guangzhou on 22nd August last year. State council approved the agreement of Baosteel restructure ShaoGuan Steel, ShaoGuan Steel was a part of Baosteel Group on 28th December last year.
