Liu Cigui, Party Secretary of State Oceanic Administration (SOA), conducted an inspection visit to the jobsite of Hengqin Municipal Engineering Project, which is under construction by China 20MCC Construction Group (20MCC Group) in BT manner, reported the press-centre of MCC.

The delegation was accompanied by Li Jia, Secretary of CPC Zhuhai Municipal Committee, and Liu Jia, Secretary of CPC Committee of Hengqing New District. During the visit, the officials especially paid a tour to the longest pipe-ditch in China. Wang Zhandong, Vice Chief Economist of 20MCC Group & General Manager of Zhuhai MCC Investment Company, gave a warm reception to the delegation members.

Liu Cigui was debriefed by Wang Zhandong on the BT project in Hengqing and the current implementation progress. According to Wang, MCC Limited is a super-large enterprise with EPC qualification and has completed more complicated underground pipe-ditch under construction projects of Baosteel, and therefore MCC Group is enriched in technical competence for the pipe-ditch works in Hengqin New District.
