Eurasia Insurance Company Paid 3,5 mn Tenge for Damage in Indonesia
OREANDA-NEWS. May 02, 2012. Eurasia Insurance Company has paid 3.5 million tenge (currency rate is 147.5 / USD 1) to the power station – “Pembangkitan Jawa Bali (PT PJB)” in Indonesia, - said the insurer, reported the press-centre of Eurasia IC.
According to the report released by Eurasia on Tuesday, one of the stations owned by PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali was damaged as a result of insured event - equipment failure with subsequent fire.
PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali, with its headquarters in Surabaya, Indonesia, is a leading electric power supply corporation in the region and is responsible for providing electricity to the Indonesian islands of Java and Bali. PT PJB manages six power plants which produce electricity in accordance with international standards.
