OREANDA-NEWS. April 27, 2012. Today in Baku, first vice-president of State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) Khoshbakht Yusifzade and executive director of Bulgarian Energy Holding (BEH) Mikhail Antonov have signed a memorandum of understanding between the two structures.

SOCAR reports that the memo concerns cooperation in the gas industry and trade of petroleum products.

SOCAR conducts negotiations on deliveries of bn cu m of gas a year to Bulgaria on the basis of the memorandum from 2008.
