OREANDA-NEWS. April 27, 2012. TGC-2 has been starting building open-type-bus-and-switch arrangement 110kV on the territory of Vologodskya TEC in the frame of steam-gas plant building. The project was passed to Main state expert appraisal. The investment project is the project of Agreement for capacity delivery. The assembly of flue funnel has been done yet. The specialists have been mounting steam turbine 35 MWt of turbine plant and panel transformers of Kaluga. The works of gas turbine assembly 75 MWt by General Electric and boiler-utilizer by Austrian Energy & Environment.

The electric capacity is 34 MWt, thermal – 582 Gkal an hour now. After the commission of steam-gas plant 110-MWt the electric capacity would be 114 MWt, thermal - 652 Gkal an hour. As the result of new object input the dependence of electric power delivery from other regions to Vologda will decrease for 50%, the safety of heat supply will increase.
