OREANDA-NEWS. April 27, 2012. In Lenta network’s fifth hypermarket of Petukhova street, the program to support residents having small incomes has been launched

Novosibirsk residents not by hearsay have learned the advantages of the "Social card" program which has been run in the network hypermarkets since June, 2010. During the time the program is being applied, Novosibirsk Lenta stores issued over 10,000 cards. In the trade store on Petukhova street, about 700 people have participated in this project.

 "Social Card" offers the additional discount from 3% to 8% for socially-significant goods for the disabled, pensioners, mothers with several children, the poor upon assignment of the city’s administration and the owners of the social card of the Savings Bank of Russia. Thanks to the permanent customer’s card, which offers its holders a guaranteed 5% discount, the price for social goods can be reduced to 12%.

 To become participant of this action, one must to apply, with his permanent customer’s card, to the information desk in any hypermarket of Lenta network, and receive a special sticker. While paying for purchases at the cash register, just show this card with a special sticker, and the cashier will include extra discount for the goods from the list*.

 The program involves more than 60 types of goods, including food and household chemicals. The list of goods involved in the action, is updated once a month in view of the regional prospective. All goods in the trading hall are marked with special price tags, and the buyer can easily find them.
