OREANDA-NEWS. April 27, 2012. According to results for the first quarter of 2012, the Omsk Oil Refinery has increased its oil refining volume by over 6% compared to the same period last year, reaching a total of 4.9 million tons, reported the press-centre of Gazpromneft.

The volume of automotive fuel released by the refinery increased by 13.5%, totalling 1.1 million tons, jet fuel increased by over 14%, up to 286,700 tons, and marine fuel production increased by 63%, reaching 403,800 tons.

Last year, the Omsk Oil Refinery refined 19.95 million tons of oil. The refining depth was 84.05%, one of the best in the industry.

In the spring of 2011, the Omsk Oil Refinery began to produce Class 4 gasoline, and in summer mastered the production of Super Euro-98 automotive fuel, which meets Environmental Class 5.
