UTair Offers Complimentary Flights for Veterans
OREANDA-NEWS. April 27, 2012. Aviation announces continuation of its complimentary flight program for veterans of the Great Patriotic War, offering round trip airfare at any time during the year on any one of UTair’s regular domestic and international destinations, reported the press-centre of UTair.
Eligible passengers need only present a valid Russian passport and official WW II military service record, disabled veterans status card or certificate acknowledging status as former POW to any UTair ticket agent. UTair service representatives will be available to help veterans optimize their route and make travel plans.
A 30% discount on airfare is available for a single passenger accompanying qualified veterans on their flight.
The year round UTair Veterans Travel Program is a unique opportunity to visit relatives, historic battle sites, to meet the comrades-in arms and travel in comfort to resorts and vacation sites. To date, more than 6,000 veterans have participated in the UTair Veterans Travel Program.
