OREANDA-NEWS. April 26, 2012. This year, Intel Corporation once again awarded MERLION to mark the outstanding contribution of the largest Russian distributor to the development of All-in-One PC sales channel in the Russian Federation, reported the press-centre of MERLION. 

The award ceremony took place in Vienna under the framework of Intel’s annual event - Distributor Enabling Conference (DEC), attended by distributors from EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and top-managers of Intel Corporation in ЕМЕА, including Christian Morales, Vice-President and Director General of Intel in EMEA.

MERLION received the Intel award “for fair evaluation of the market potential and courageous business decisions which resulted in a stable growth of All-in-One PC sales.” Considering the fact that only three Russian companies (including MERLION) received awards during the latest Conference, Intel's appraisal is even more meaningful.

“MERLION and Intel have a long and productive history of cooperative relations", says Anton Lukyanov, Purchasing Director of MERLION. “This vendor has always held and still holds a special position with us. We are truly happy about the appreciation of our work results which Intel demonstrates annually by giving us various awards.”

It is worth pointing out that since 2006 MERLION has been the official distributor of Intel in the RF. The company’s product portfolio includes a wide range of Intel products – mother boards, processors, storage systems, coolers, solid hard drives, servers and server options.
