OREANDA-NEWS. April 25, 2012.  The Bank of Moscow and ООО Transhydrostroy have entered into bank guarantee agreements to the total amount of 78 million RUR for the benefit of the public customer represented by the Moscow Construction Department.

The guarantees will secure OOO Transhydrostroy’s performance under the obligations to return advance payment transferred by the public customer in payment for the construction of an underground crossing from the platform of Mezhdunarodnaya light metro station to the Moscow City Business Centre and for the reconstruction of the water treatment structures at Birulyovo.

The Bank of Moscow has already extended loans to the company to the amount of 700 million RUR and guarantees to secure the company’s performance under public contracts and return of advance payments to the Moscow Construction Department and the Moscow State Organisation - the Capital Construction Administration – to the total amount of 448 million RUR. The advance payments received from the public customers the water treatment structures at Alabushevo Village, Zelenograd Administrative District, were erected and the construction of a heating pipeline was started at the East Birulyovo Region.
