OREANDA-NEWS. April 25, 2012.  On February 17, 2012 the Court of arbitration of the Republic of Karelia passed a judgment for indebtedness in a sum of 142.1 mln RUR (having accrued for electric energy transmission services provided in March–July 2011) as well as delinquency charges in an amount of 3.4 mln RUR to be collected from Tesla Grid Company, LLC for the benefit of Karelenergo branch of IDGC of the North-West, JSC. The decision took effect in March 2012, 130.7 mln RUR recovered against an enforcement order in April.


Tesla GC, LLC is still indebted to Karelenergo for electric energy transmission services provided during December 2010 – March 2012. As of April 16, 2012, the amount outstanding was 235.1 mln RUR. The indebtedness is being redeemed solely through enforcement proceedings.
