Allianz Opens New Sales Points at LUKOIL Petrol Stations
OREANDA-NEWS. April 25, 2012. The insurance company Allianz (ROSNO trademark) has won an open tender for the right to place sales points at ten petrol stations of LUKOIL-Severo-Zapadnefteprodukt Ltd. located in St. Petersburg and the St. Petersburg Region. The company plans to sell Green Card policies there, reported the press-centre of Allianz.
For Allianz, the signed contract is the largest one under the Green Card project, both in terms of quantity of sales points and in terms of the expected premium volume. Its victory in the tender enables the company to sell Green Card policies at LUKOIL’s most intensively used petrol stations located at the border with Finland, and, thus, considerably expand its presence in this market segment.
And for Allianz clients, purchasing Green Card policies will become even more convenient in terms of geographical accessibility, as the clients will be able to acquire policies directly on their road to Finland — at LUKOIL petrol stations located along the Scandinavia Highway.
Depending on their geographical location, some sales points will be specializing in sales of Green Card policies, while others will also offer OMTPL, travellers’ insurance and accompanying rider products. The sales points most convenient for Allianz clients are located at the following LUKOIL petrol stations: 98th km (Kirpichnoye township), 192nd km (Torfyanovka township), and 144th km of Scandinavia Highway, as well as in Vsevolozhsky district of St. Petersburg Region (KAD) and 37-A Vyborgskoye Highway in St. Petersburg. In total, Allianz is now present at 11 LUKOIL petrol stations in the North-Western Federal Okrug.
"The conclusion of contract with LUKOIL is our next logical step in pursuance of the development of the strategic project of the North-Western Directorate of IC Allianz aimed at increase of the company’s share in the Green Card market", comments Mr. Yevgeny Dubensky, Deputy CEO and head of the North-Western Directorate of IC Allianz. — "Given such a highly competitive segment, opening of new sales points, especially located in easily accessible and most popular places is a big success. Thus, in 2012 we will ensure that the company gains new clientele and significantly increases premium collected from liability insurance in the Green Card system in the North-West".
"Efficient satisfaction of LUKOIL clients’ needs is our top priority", explains Mr. Rustem Ibragimov, Deputy CEO for public relations at LUKOIL-Severo-Zapadnefteprodukt Ltd. "We seek to ensure that the range and quality of services offered at our petrol stations meets the European standards. Cooperation with one of the largest Russian insurance companies will become one more step towards better service quality at LUKOIL petrol stations".
