OREANDA-NEWS. April 24, 2012. Business Unit Ilim West including Koryazhma Mill and Forest has successfully undergone an integrated management system certification audit for compliance with ISO 9001:2008 (quality management system), ISO 14001:2004 (environmental management system), and OHSAS 18001:2007 (occupational health and safety management systems) international standards. The audit was carried out on March 11-26 by 11 experts of Bureau Veritas. For the first time ever, the audit was simultaneously carried out in the Koryazhma Mill and Forest and in the Head Office of OJSC Ilim Group. Bureau Veritas experts referred to a significant effort made by Ilim Group in preparation for the audit. Next annual surveillance audit is planned for spring 2013. The certificates received cover logging operations management, manufacturing and sales of saw logs, pulp, paper, board, and wood chemicals and will be valid for 3 years.

OJSC Ilim Gofra, a corrugated box manufacturing subsidiary of Ilim Group located in the Leningrad Oblast, has also received the ISO and OHSAS Quality Management Certificates.
