Implementation of Production Asset Management System

The BoD determined the implementation of PAMS as the Company's priority. The BoD entrusted the CEO, on a quarterly basis, to submit a report on measures taken to implement the PAMS, to approve expense budget on measures dealing with the implementation of the PAM standard as well as to ensure the approval and implementation of the standard till October 01, 2012, reported the press-centre of IDGC of Ural.    
 
Determination of the Company's (representatives') positions on agenda issues of the GSM and BoD sessions of the SACs

The BoD entrusted the Company's representatives  to vote "FOR" while adopting resolutions on the approval of ESCU 2012 business plan, approval of 2012 EESK and EES target KPIs as well as approval of 2012 EES business plan.
