OREANDA-NEWS. April 24, 2012. OJSC TANECO hosted research and practice workshop of JSC Tatneft young specialists in “Gas and Oil Preparation and Processing. Petrochemistry” discipline, reported the press-centre of TANECO.     

Such events have become a tradition for young oil refiners of Tatarstan. According to one of the leading member of expert committee - JSC Tatneft OPNiG Process Engineer Marat Akhmetzyanov, such meetings are very useful for everyone. Sophisticated specialists get familiar with fresh, creative ideas of young employees, and they in turn get in touch with elders knowledge and experience of oil production.

About 21 reports were presented for committee of experts’ consideration. 16 reports were selected for the Workshop. Lenar Yagfarov (Taneco), Ruslan Gainetdinov (NGDU Nurlatneft), Olga Yakovleva (NGDU Prikamneft), Olga Korotkova (TatNIPIneft) and Gulnaz Shakertova (OOO UK Tatneft-Neftekhim) were awarded the Diploma for the best works.

Before the awarding ceremony the Chairman of expert committee – Taneco Chief Process Engineer Farid Gilmanov noted that it was extremely difficult to choose the best one since all the reports were on a top level and showed a sufficient economic effect. Many of them have already implemented into the production.

Upon completion of plenary part the Workshop participants visited the industrial site of Oil Refining and Petrochemical Complex. During the tour of Taneco First Stage facilities young specialists asked a lot of questions regarding Process control systems, operators work, industrial safety and many others.

Closing the visit, members of expert committee and workshop participants noted high level of event organization. They also pointed out that meeting was very important for involving young specialists to address the most topical scientific and production issues, to exchange experience, knowledge and develop cooperation between youth specialists of JSC "Tatneft” structural subdivisions.
