Based on results of a tender conducted to choose a brokerage firm for rendering brokerage services and services of a nominee holder, following a decision of the Management Board of JSC "Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ)" (hereinafter - JSC "DTZ") dated March 20, 2012, a brokerage firm was chosen, JSC "VISOR Capital". Further buyback of JSC "DTZ" bonds (NIN KZ2CKY23B672) will be carried out by using services of the professional participant of the securities market, JSC "VISOR Capital".
