Specialist of Swedbank Call Centre Receives Award
OREANDA-NEWS. April 24, 2012. On Excellent Service Day the final competition of the Best Estonian Customer Service Representative took place. The winner was Kristiina Timosina, specialist at the Swedbank Call Centre, reported the press-centre of Swedbank.
Kristiina Timosina has worked at Swedbank for five years. This is her first job after graduation from secondary school. Her everyday tasks revolve around dealing with the questions, problems and entertainment-related queries of customers with American Express credit cards.
Timosina was chosen from a total of 235 participants in the contest of Best Estonian Customer Service Representative. The nine final competitors included two other Swedbank employees: Annika Johanson, loss adjuster at Swedbank P&C Insurance AS, and Karin Klaassen, teller in the Parnu branch.
In 2010, the best Estonian customer service representative was Katrin Liebert from the Swedbank Call Centre.
