OREANDA-NEWS. April 24, 2012. Kapital Bank has named the winners of the competition aimed at stimulating the work of its staff selling banking services and products in the Bank`s branches, reported the press-centre of Kapital Bank.

The competition is part of Kapital Bank`s policy to introduce staff motivation system. The following is the names of the competition`s winners for March:

“The most effective consumer loan sales manager – Gunduz Mammadov (Sabail-2 branch) and Zilkhumar Mahmudova (Ganja branch);

“The best sales manager in deposit attraction – Lamiya Garalova (Sabail-1 branch) and Gulnaz Asadova (Shirvan branch);

“The sales manager who sold the largest number of payment cards – Leyla Gurbanova (Baku branch);

“The best immediate money transfer manager – Elvin Malikov (Sabirabad branch) and Rustam Rahimov (Khatai-2 branch);

“The sales manager who earned the Bank the most profit from utility service payments – Narmina Jafarova (Yasamal 2 branch), Tural Gaibkhanov (department No 10) and Svetlana Babayeva (Tovuz branch).

The winners received expensive gifts and commendations from the Bank`s leadership. The competition will continue in the coming months.
