OREANDA-NEWS. April 23, 2012. As part of construction of the 2nd stage of Sonyachna brama business-class residential complex (73-79 Lomonosova str., Kyiv), TMM Company has finished brick laying works in a 19-storeyed residential building and disassembled the tower crane. The internal finishing works were already started in this building with glazing works 99% complete and facade works underway.

In the other three residential buildings (10, 13 and 15 storeys), the monolith frame construction and brick laying works are underway. In a 5-storeyed office building, the monolith frame and all external and internal walls have been completed.

Over 350 workers are engaged in the construction of the complex. The completion of the second stage of Sonyachna brama residential complex is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2012.

The second stage of Sonyachna brama residential complex is currently under construction and comprises 5 buildings (5, 10, 13, 15 and 19 storeys) with the total area of 57.2 ths sq. m and underground parkings. The second stage of complex includes 311 apartments and 283 parking spaces.

Sonyachna brama complex (73-79 Lomonosova str., Kyiv) represents a project of a residential micro district with internal infrastructure and consists of four stages. The first stage was put into operation in December 2010. The project is realized in partnership with Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University, who acts as an employer of the construction. TMM Company acts as an investor and general contractor.
