OREANDA-NEWS. April 23, 2012. Irkutskenergo purchased 100% of shares of GRACIOSA HOLDINGS LIMITED. The company holds 100% of shares of OJSC EnSer (energy service company) specializing in supply of electric power, heat and other energy resources in the city of Miass in the Chelyabinsk Region. The main energy asset of OJSC EnSer is a CHPP. The main consumer of the company’s products, operations and services is OJSC Ural Automobile Plant (77% of sales), the rest are industrial consumers, residential areas and social facilities situated in the center of Miass.
