OREANDA-NEWS. April 20, 2012.  The award is given to the manufacturer judged to have provided the most efficient, safe and innovative ship-loading system within the maritime industry. The panel of judges consisted of leading maritime executives, consultants and operators worldwide.

Telestack TS 227 is unique equipment for loading ships with grain specifically designed for "NIBULON". As of today these are the only in their class telescopic rail mounted parallel/ radial travel ship-loaders.

Ship-loader Telestack TS 227 can load 3000-5000 tons deadweight vessels, with a maximum capacity of 250 tons/h. Material handling to a ship-loader is provided from coastal chain conveyor of scraper-type.

The distinctive feature of this unit is an ability to move from parallel travel to radial travel.

Taking into consideration high performance of the system, "NIBULON" ordered 10 ship-loading machines of Telestack Ltd for the construction of own transshipment terminals within the investment project on the revival of Dnipro and the Southern Bug Rivers. Currently, this equipment is installed at the terminals of "Vitove" branch (Cherkasy region), "Kamyanka-Dniprovs’ka" branch (Zaporizhzhya region), "Novoodes’ka" branch (Mykolayiv region), "Gradyz`k" and "Kremenchuts’ka" branches (Poltava region). Telestack equipment will be installed at the terminals in Kozats’ke village (Kherson region) and in Chyrs’ke village (Kyiv region), their construction was started in late March of this year.

Telestack Ltd has previously used parallel displacement in its system, dust suppression system and radial positioning. However, only uniting all these functions within a single complex for the construction of a berth of "NIBULON" made it possible to obtain the title of the "Best ship-loading system".
