OREANDA-NEWS. April 20, 2012. During a working visit to Naberezhnye Chelny, Timur Ivanov, Director General of FSI Russian Energy Agency, got acquainted with power efficient technologies applied at the factories of OJSC KAMAZ.

Yury Klochkov, First Deputy Director General of OJSC KAMAZ – CEO; Alexander Zhdanov, Director General of KAMAZ-Energo; and Ildus Bayanov, Director of the Automobile Plant, worked with the delegation. The guests visited the production facilities of the Kama auto giant. They saw how power efficient technologies are applied at the main assembly line and the cab assembly conveyor of the Automobile Plant. The guests saw the presentation of a compressor station at the Forge Plant of the Metallurgical Complex.

Mr. Ivanov also visited Industrial Park Master where he visited KAMAZ’s suppliers located there and sports center "KAMAZ-Auto Racing" where the KAMAZ-master team is based.

Russian Energy Agency established under the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation is actively cooperating with the RF President’s Administration, the Government of the Russian Federation, federal and regional authorities, budgetary institutions, as well as state-owned enterprises, providing information, counseling, and methodological support in the sphere of power efficiency.
