OREANDA-NEWS. April 18, 2012. Within the framework of the project of Aeroflot group in March 25, 2012, beginning of the summer schedule, loyalty program, the LEADER of the Vladivostok Air has joined the loyalty program of Aeroflot’s frequent flyer.

All accounts of participants in the LEADER program successfully transferred to “Aeroflot Bonus” program, which opened access to the participants to nearly a thousand routes of Aeroflot, and International Alliance SkyTeam, and take a number of additional features and benefits that will make the journey even more pleasant.

Any previously accrued points of LEADER program transferred to Aeroflot Bonus program miles with increase ratio*.

Elite cards’ owners of Leader Persona or Leader-VIP retained their privileged status in the transferring to the Aeroflot Bonus and now can take full advantage of exclusive privileges of the elite club.

Aeroflot Bonus program: How does it work?

For successful participation in Aeroflot Bonus, accumulation and use of miles, you need to get a personal membership number. Information with your membership number of the Aeroflot Bonus program will be sent to the e-mail address specified in the profile of LEADER program. If you do not receive a message with information about the participant due to lack of relevance or not specified email address, you should contact via email bonus@aeroflot.ru or call centre program by phone: +7 (423) 230-70-00, 8-800-100-27-72 (for residents of the far East) and 8-800-444-5555 with indication of personal data and the number of the participant of the LEADER program.

Receiving membership number, you should activate your personal account on the site www.aeroflot.ru through which you will be able to check account balance, obtain complimentary tickets, restore miles for unaccounted flights and change the correspondence address.

All new participants in the Aeroflot Bonus program, transferred from the LEADER program, subject to the availability of the personal account 2000 miles or more will be sent a personal card. To do this, you need to insert email address in your personal office to which you want to get a card, and send to the e-mail address lider@aeroflot.ru form for receiving a personal card.

* Transfer rate is 1.35. Additional points which added for flights by routes participating in the special action of Leader program from 19.12.2011 to 31.01.2012 including, to be transferred to Aeroflot Bonus miles automatically. Due to end of the action since the 01.02.2012, the charge of additional points for flights since 01.02.2012 will not be in the LEADER program, regardless of the date of tickets purchasing, the same as the charging of additional miles for flights on the personal accounts of the participants in the program Aeroflot Bonus as well.
