Anhui Fengda Group (AFDG) bought a plot of land located to the south of Fanhua Road and to the east of Southern Jinzhai Road at the price of 2.1 million yuan per mu. Sources said that the plot of land will be developed into a 5-star hotel. So far, there are 5 luxury hotels near Mingzhu Plaza.
