The commercial director of the management company “AVS Development” Lev Tyetin has met with the representatives of the realty market of Yekaterinburg to report about the building and the rate of key objects readiness. Realtors were shown a unique program of cooperation.

At the meeting with realtors the commercial director of the management company “AVS Development” Lev Tyetin presented the current projects of the company:cottage village “Nikolin Klyuch” and ready to be opened business center “Manhattan”.

Today the areas of co-investors and shareholders are fine finished, but interesting offers are left.

The second project of “AVS Group” is a cottage village “Nikolin Klyuch”. 42 flats in town houses and 12 cottages are ready. The first owners can move to their new houses in August. Now roads are laying and decorative fences are established which will divide the village from other objects.

“Our main aim is to tell about current state of affairs in key projects of “AVS Development” in order to agencies could  plan their work with clients. Also we offered our participants new conditions on awarding and motivation. The program which we have presented today will be valid up to 31 of May.
